Joining the department at the beginning of the COVID pandemic as Lead Designer, I was tasked with creating effective visual communications to inform the public of the fast evolving situation.

I produced social content seen by millions, vaccination signage and wayfinding, presentations, community resources and rapid-response templates to support urgent, clear public messaging.
